Returns and Refunds Policy

Park Coppice is a trading brand of Agility in Mind Ltd. We want our customers to be happy with their purchases. This policy explains how returns, cancellations and refunds are handled for purchases made through parkcoppice.uk.
1. Your right to cancel an online order
Under UK consumer law, you generally have the right to cancel an online order within 14 days of receiving your goods, without giving a reason.
To exercise this right, you must notify us within 14 days of receiving your goods. You then have a further 14 days to return them.
You may handle goods as you would reasonably need to in a shop to establish their nature, characteristics and condition. If goods have been handled beyond what is necessary and their value has consequently decreased, we may make a deduction from your refund where permitted by law.
Exceptions to the statutory cancellation right apply to certain types of goods as specified by law.
2. Returns outside your statutory rights
Where a return is not covered by your statutory cancellation rights, we may accept a change-of-mind return at our discretion.
For these voluntary returns, products must be unused, undamaged and in a resalable condition. We may decline a voluntary return that does not meet these conditions.
These requirements do not limit your statutory rights if goods are faulty, damaged or not as described.

We will provide instructions for returning your goods. Please contact us before arranging the return of bulky or heavy items.
4. Return postage and delivery costs
For change-of-mind returns, you are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods, provided we informed you of this responsibility before your purchase.
For faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied goods, we will arrange an appropriate remedy in accordance with your statutory rights and will cover reasonable return costs where we are responsible for the problem.
If you cancel an order under your statutory cancellation rights, we will refund the original standard delivery charge where required by law. If you selected a more expensive delivery option, we will refund no more than the cost of the standard delivery option, where permitted by law.
5. Faulty, damaged or incorrectly described products
If your order arrives faulty, damaged or not as described, please contact us with your order number and a description of the problem. Photographs may help us assess the issue.
We will work with you to resolve the problem in accordance with applicable consumer law. Depending on the circumstances, you may be entitled to a refund, repair, replacement or other remedy.
Your statutory rights are not affected by this policy.
6. Refunds
Approved refunds will be made to your original payment method unless you expressly agree otherwise.
For cancellations under your statutory rights, refunds will be made within the applicable legal timeframe, generally within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or receiving evidence that they have been sent back, whichever occurs first.
We do not charge refund administration fees.
For other agreed returns, we aim to process refunds within 14 days of receiving and checking the returned goods.
7. Natural variations in timber products
Park Coppice products are made from natural materials. Variations in colour, shape, texture and dimensions may occur.
Natural variations that are consistent with the product description do not necessarily mean that a product is faulty. If you believe a product is defective or differs materially from its description, please contact us so that we can assess the issue.
