These terms apply to purchases made through our website unless we agree otherwise in writing.

2. Who these terms apply to

These terms apply to purchases made by consumers and, where relevant, business customers.

If you purchase as a consumer, nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law. Where a provision applies differently to a business customer, the applicable terms and law will determine the position.

3. Product information

We aim to ensure that product descriptions, photographs, dimensions and other information on our website are accurate and up to date.

Our products may be made from natural timber and other natural materials. Variations in colour, grain, texture, shape, diameter and appearance may occur. Photographs are illustrative and may not show every natural variation.

We will clearly describe the relevant product characteristics, including dimensions and quantities where applicable. Natural variation does not remove your rights if a product is faulty or does not match its description.

If you have questions about a product before ordering, please contact us.

4. Prices and payment

All prices and applicable charges will be displayed before you place your order. We will identify any applicable taxes and delivery charges as required by law.

Payment must be made using the payment methods offered at checkout.

If a pricing or product-information error is discovered, we will contact you to explain the issue before proceeding where necessary. We will not require you to pay an unexpected additional amount without your agreement.

5. Placing an order

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase the selected products under these terms.

We will acknowledge receipt of your order electronically. An order acknowledgement does not necessarily mean that the order has been accepted.

We will confirm acceptance in accordance with our order process. If we cannot fulfil an order, we will contact you and refund any payment taken for products we cannot supply.

Please check your order details, delivery address and contact information before completing checkout.

6. Delivery

We deliver to the locations and addresses offered at checkout.

Available delivery methods, charges and estimated delivery times will be displayed before you complete your order. Delivery times are estimates unless we expressly agree a specific delivery date.

We will keep you informed if we become aware of a significant delivery delay and explain the available options.

Some Park Coppice products may be long, bulky or heavy. Any relevant delivery restrictions, access requirements or special arrangements should be checked before ordering. Please contact us before purchasing if you are uncertain whether delivery is suitable for your address.

Unless a different period has been agreed with you, applicable consumer law generally requires goods to be delivered without undue delay and within 30 days.

Where you are a consumer, the goods generally remain at our risk until they come into your physical possession, or the possession of someone you have identified to receive them, subject to applicable law.

7. Cancellation and returns

Consumers purchasing online generally have a statutory right to cancel an order within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason. After notifying us of cancellation, you generally have a further 14 days to return the goods.

You are responsible for the direct cost of returning goods when you cancel because you have changed your mind, provided we informed you of this before purchase.

Where goods are faulty, damaged or not as described, your statutory rights apply.

Please read our separate Returns and Refunds Policy for instructions on requesting a return, return postage arrangements and refund processing.

Our voluntary returns arrangements do not limit any rights you have under consumer law.

8. Faulty or incorrectly described goods

We take care to ensure that products are described accurately and supplied in accordance with the contract.

If a product is faulty, damaged or not as described, please contact us with your order details and a description of the problem. Photographs may help us assess the issue.

We will deal with the matter in accordance with applicable consumer law, which may provide rights to a refund, repair, replacement or other remedy, depending on the circumstances.

Nothing in these terms excludes or restricts your statutory rights.

9. Product availability

Products are subject to availability. We will make reasonable efforts to keep website stock information accurate.

If a product becomes unavailable after you place an order and we cannot fulfil it, we will contact you and refund any payment taken for the unavailable product.

We may update product descriptions, photographs or website content from time to time. Changes will not remove rights arising under an order that we have already accepted.

10. Use of the website

You agree to use our website lawfully and not to interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorised access or misuse its content or services.

We make reasonable efforts to keep the website available and accurate, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access or that every part of the website will always be error-free.

Nothing in this section limits any rights or remedies you have under applicable law.

11. Intellectual property

Unless otherwise stated, website content, including text, photographs, graphics, logos and branding, is owned by or licensed to Agility in Mind Ltd or the relevant rights holder.

You may view and use the website for personal shopping purposes. You must not reproduce, distribute or commercially exploit website content without the necessary permission, except where permitted by law.

12. Liability and statutory rights

We are responsible for supplying goods in accordance with the contract and applicable law.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or your statutory rights concerning goods that are faulty or not as described.

If you purchase as a consumer, these terms do not affect rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted.

13. Privacy and personal information

We handle personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy, available through our website.

That policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use it, the circumstances in which it may be shared and the rights available to you.

14. Complaints and contact

If you have a question, concern or complaint about an order, please contact us:

Email: info@ParkCoppice.uk
Telephone: 01746 573 746
Address: Glazeley, Shropshire WV16 6AB

We will endeavour to respond and work with you to resolve the issue.

15. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version applicable to your order will be the version that forms part of your contract at the relevant time, subject to any subsequent agreement and applicable law.

16. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, except where mandatory consumer protection rules require otherwise.

If you are a consumer resident elsewhere in the UK, nothing in these terms removes any mandatory protections that apply to you.

17. Your statutory rights

Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer. If any provision is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.
